Refund Policy.

I want you to be happy with the work — but I sell my time and expertise, and once hours are spent I can’t get them back. This policy keeps things fair on both sides.

1. Cancel before work begins

Full refund, including your deposit. If I haven’t started, you get everything back.

2. Cancel after work begins

Your deposit is non-refundable (see Deposit Policy). Any additional prepaid amount is refunded minus the value of work already completed, calculated fairly from your quote.

3. Completed projects

Completed and delivered work is not refundable. If something isn’t right, tell me — revisions covered by your quote are always free, and I’d rather fix it than argue about it.

4. Monthly SEO retainers

You can cancel a retainer at any time with written notice. The current month is non-refundable, but you won’t be charged for any month after that.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@globeskillz.com with your name and project details. I’ll confirm the amount within 3 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

6. Chargebacks

If something’s wrong, talk to me first. I resolve refund requests quickly and fairly — a chargeback slows everything down for both of us and I’d rather just fix the problem.
