Terms & Conditions.

These terms govern every project we do together. They’re written in plain English on purpose — no legal maze. By hiring me, you agree to the terms below alongside your written quote or proposal.

1. Services

I provide SEO services (audits, on-page, technical, link building, local and national campaigns) and web development (WordPress and Shopify websites). The exact scope, deliverables, and price of your project are set out in the written quote or proposal I send you — that document, together with these terms, is our agreement.

2. Agreement

A project is confirmed when you approve the written quote and pay the required deposit. Until both happen, timelines and availability aren’t guaranteed.

3. Payments

A deposit is due before work begins (see my Deposit Policy). The remaining balance is due on completion, before final files, credentials, or site handover. Monthly SEO retainers are billed in advance. Late payments may pause work until the balance is settled.

4. Timelines

Any dates I give you are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. If feedback, content, logins, or approvals from your side arrive late, the timeline moves by at least the same amount.

5. Revisions and scope

Reasonable revisions are included as stated in your quote. New features, extra pages, or major direction changes after approval count as additional work and will be quoted separately before I start them.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the access, content, and feedback I need within a reasonable time, and to confirm that any materials you supply (text, images, logos) are yours to use.

7. Intellectual property

Once your final payment clears, everything I built for you is yours — full ownership. Until then, it remains mine. Unless you ask me not to, I may show completed work in my portfolio and case studies.

8. No guaranteed rankings

SEO deals with third-party algorithms nobody controls. I’ll do excellent work and report honestly, but I don’t guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue — anyone who does is selling you something.

9. Limitation of liability

My total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid me for that project. I’m not liable for indirect losses like lost profits.

10. Termination

Either of us can end a project with written notice. You’ll be billed for work completed up to that point, and the Refund Policy applies to any prepaid amounts.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If we ever disagree about something, we’ll first try to sort it out like adults over email or a call.
