Scope
Every engagement is scoped in writing before work begins. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Payment
Projects: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Retainers: billed monthly in advance, cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice.
Ownership
On payment, all deliverables (code, content, designs) belong to the client.
No ranking guarantees
Search rankings depend on factors outside anyone’s control. I guarantee the agreed work and honest reporting, not specific positions.
Liability
Work is done on duplicate themes and approved before publishing. My liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected work.
