SEO EXPERT · POLAND

Why Poland businesses choose me

Poland is one of Europe's most dynamic digital markets: 38 million people, a fast-growing e-commerce scene, and customers who research hard before they buy. Polish shoppers compare prices across Allegro and Google, read reviews in Polish, and distrust businesses with thin online footprints. If your business is not ranking for Polish-language searches in your city, a competitor who invested earlier is taking those customers every single day. The market is multi-centered, which matters for SEO strategy. Warsaw is the business and finance capital, with the fiercest competition for commercial keywords. Krakow blends tourism, tech, and services. Wroclaw and the Tri-City of Gdansk, Gdynia, and Sopot are tech and outsourcing hubs. Poznan runs on trade fairs and B2B. Lodz, Katowice, and Szczecin each have their own local economies. "Hydraulik Polska" is not a search; "hydraulik Warszawa", "hydraulik Krakow", and "hydraulik Wroclaw" are, each with different competitors, volumes, and review cultures. I build city by city, starting where your revenue actually comes from. Language is the whole game here. Polish is an inflected language with diacritics that change search behavior: the same word with and without diacritics is effectively two different keywords, with different volumes and different winners. Cases change word endings by context, so keyword research has to cover the variants real people type. English keywords are nearly irrelevant for the Polish consumer market; even in B2B, Polish dominates the buying journey until the very last step. The trust layer is formalizing fast. UODO, the Polish data protection authority, imposed a record 64.3M zloty in GDPR fines in 2025, a signal that the lenient years are over. Polish customers are correspondingly careful about who they buy from: they check reviews on Google and Facebook, they look for complete business information, and they notice inconsistencies. A business with a complete Google Business Profile, consistent listings across Panorama Firm, PKT.pl, and Targeo.pl, and a steady flow of Polish reviews reads as legitimate. One without them does not get the call. My approach for Poland is built for these realities: technical SEO that is actually sound, Polish keyword research with diacritics handled properly, a citation footprint across the directories Poles use, review systems that produce Polish reviews, and reporting in plain language. No templates translated from English campaigns, no vanity metrics. It starts with a free audit that shows you exactly where you stand against the competitors taking your customers.

I keep my client list deliberately small, so each Polish business gets direct, hands-on work — no ticket queue, no junior account manager.

THE REALITY

The problem: Poland customers can’t find you

When someone in Poland searches for what you sell, Google shows three businesses first — then the rest. If you are not in that first group, most of the calls go elsewhere.

BEFORE

Customers in Poland search for what you sell. They never find you. Your competitors take the calls — quietly, every week.

AFTER

You appear in the map pack and organic results for Poland's money searches. The phone rings with callers who are already convinced.

THE FIX

What I do for Poland businesses

Four steps, built for Poland. No jargon, no 40-page reports gathering dust — only the work that actually moves your rankings.

FAQ

Questions Poland businesses ask

Straight answers to the questions I hear most from Poland business owners.

Directly and practically. Poland's UODO has become one of Europe's most aggressive data protection authorities — 64.3 million zloty in fines in 2025 alone, including 27.1 million against Poczta Polska. Your cookie consent needs a real, equally prominent refuse option, and your analytics must respect it. Beyond the fine risk, bad consent breaks your measurement: if half your visitors refuse tracking through a non-compliant banner, your SEO reporting is fiction. I build consent setups that satisfy UODO expectations while keeping your data clean, because in Poland compliance and measurability are the same project.

It depends on your economics, and I will give you an honest answer during the audit. Allegro brings reach and built-in trust but takes margin and gives you no customer relationship; your own site's SEO builds brand equity, better margins and repeat customers but takes months. Most Polish e-commerce businesses end up with both: Allegro for volume, own-site SEO for the branded and high-margin queries. What does not work is ignoring one entirely. I assess your margins, repeat-purchase rate and category, then recommend the mix — including when Allegro alone is the right call.

Enormously. With and without diacritics, the same Polish word is effectively two different keywords with different search volumes — and many Poles search without diacritics out of habit or keyboard convenience. On top of that, Polish inflection means cases change word endings, creating further variants. Proper Polish keyword research maps all of it: diacritic and non-diacritic forms, inflected variants, and the intent behind each. Agencies that research only the dictionary form are targeting a fraction of the real demand. I build the full variant map before writing a single page.

Yes — as part of a complete Polish citation footprint. Panorama Firm, PKT.pl, Targeo.pl, Firmy.net, BiznesFinder and Aleo are domestic directories that carry real local traffic and that Google reads as authoritative corroboration of your business. No single one drives floods of traffic, but together they separate a complete Polish footprint from a thin one — and in competitive Warsaw or Krakow searches, that completeness is often the tiebreaker. I claim, correct and maintain all of them as part of the citation work.

They changed the engine mix enough to matter. The EU's choice screens trimmed roughly 2.4 points from Google's Polish share in 2024, lifting Bing to about 5.65% — a real slice of commercial intent, concentrated on desktop where B2B research happens. It also means Bing Webmaster Tools and Bing's guidelines deserve genuine attention here, not the token glance most agencies give them. My Poland playbook optimizes for Bing alongside Google and tracks rankings on both, because in this market ignoring 5%+ of searches is leaving money on the table.
