What does Shopify maintenance include?
Bug fixes, small feature builds, theme updates, testing new apps, and a monthly health check of speed, 404s and structured data, all within your monthly hours.
What if I need more hours one month?
Extra hours are billed at the same rate, and I’ll always ask first. Unused hours roll over for one month.
Can support be combined with an SEO retainer?
Yes. Most SEO clients add a support block so that technical recommendations get implemented right away.
Which timezone do you work in?
I’m based in Pakistan (PKT, UTC+5) and work with clients worldwide. We agree on a daily overlap window during onboarding.
